Working in partnership since 1999, Felipe Assadi and Francisca Pulido, formalized in 2006 and seem based in Santiago, Chile the office Assadi & Pulido, who now has studios in Ciudad Mexico and New York. Residential projects are the main feature in the portfolio of this studio in Chile.

Assadi & Pulido was informally established in 1999 and 2006 properly with Felipe Assadi and Francisca Pulido as main partners. Both born in 1971 and formed by Finis Terrae University, now teach at Andres Bello University. Philip received in 1999 the Young Graduation Class Award given by the Chilean Association of Architects, awarded to the best architects under 35 years.

Assadi & Pulido develops most projects in Chile, with some others in Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Peru, USA and Italy. Today besides the studio in Santiago, Chile, have offices in Ciudad Mexico and New York. With an impressive portfolio of residential projects, present a very interesting architecture, regardless of scale and the materials chosen, the proposals always reach a balanced outcome, both externally and internally.

Introducing Roa Street Art

Roa is probably one of the most notorious street artists nowadays. Illustrating buildings, walls and everything paintable with his animals in many cities around the globe. I was not a huge fan of spray paintings, I always found that this technique was mostly related to the hip hop culture, but Roa artworks shows how intense, curious and beautiful can be images done just with a spray can.

However, it's not his technique that surprise me the most, but the way he inserts his images on the places and how they get a totaly new meaning. It seems that Roa don't have a official website, but he has a Flickr where you can find more of his works, have fun.
